SaniGLAZE Tile and grout restoration is the miracle process that will restore your ceramic or quarry tile floors to a better than new condition without the expense of having to tear out and replace your current floors.

SaniGLAZE uses a multi step process that cleans and purifies the tile and grout getting rid of dirt and contaminants that have impeded themselves in the pores.

Once the tile is purified we use what we call restorative bonding to prevent moisture and contaminants from reentering the tile and grout surfaces. The SaniGLAZE compound is applied over the existing grout bonding permanently to the surface. The SaniGLAZE compound is polymer based and will not allow stains or moisture to penetrate the surface.

In the last step we apply the protective coating for the tile called Super Shield, that protects the surface of the tile from contaminants as well as making the surface less slippery.
