On August 13, 2007 UNIBAR Maintenance Services, Inc. announced the addition of Kristin Bell to the position of Senior Accountant.  Kristin has over six years of accounting experience and has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Maine and Master of Business Administration Degree from Lincoln Memorial University.

In this position, Kristin's primary responsibility will be assisting the Vice President of Finance in ensuring the company's compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and COSO standards with regard to accounting policies and procedures.  In addition, she will be resposible for implementing the Fixed Asset module, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and analyzing job costing.

Kristin currently resides in Canton, MI where she and her husband recently moved from Knoxville, TN.
